A TurkeyThon Thanksgiving!

We try to give the best of ourselves to our family, friends and neighbors during the holiday seasons. We go out of our way to provide and to show how truly thankful we and everyone else is for everything that has been given to us and for all that we've worked hard for. As such we should, there is something truly GREAT about giving and having the blessings in your life so that you may be there for others and become their blessing in disguise. 

This 2014 Thanksgiving holiday we've partnered up with some great people at Channel 8, 97.1 The Point and America First here in the Las Vegas Valley to help bring 2200 turkeys to the families that can't have a turkey dinner the way we all should.

It should be mentioned that Smith's grocery store is also a great partner in this alliance. To make things easier for all of us to help there will be 6 Smith's grocery store locations across the Valley that will take in your donated turkey for the less fortunate Vegas families. Yes you heard me... Smith's! This means you can even go to Smith's, buy the turkey and donate it right then and there. How's that for feeling great to help others! :-)

Cash donations and gift cards are also acceptable with some restrictions, this year they will also be accepting canned food and non-perishable food items. Your participation can be extremely meaningful to a fellow community member. We look forward to reaching our 2200 donation Turkeython with your help and participation.
